Are your products guaranteed?
Yes! If you are not completely satisfied please contact us. All of our products meet or exceed the OEM specification. If we can't guarantee it, we won't sell it.
What is the difference between compatible, remanufactured, and OEM cartridges?
A compatible cartridge is a cartridge that has been manufactured using all new materials. It is, in fact, brand new, and built according to the printer manufacturer's specifications to ensure same or better performance as an OEM (original) cartridge. A remanufactured cartridge is a cartridge that has been recycled and reprocessed from an original cartridge. The recycling/reprocessing encompasses cleaning the cartridge, replacing key components, and refilling the ink.
What are the benefits of remanufactured and compatible cartridges?
Remains and compatibles are an economical option to OEM "branded" cartridges. OEM cartridges cost between 50% and 80% more than our inkjet cartridges. Our inkjet cartridges are certified to work as well as branded cartridges, so there is no need to worry about maintenance.
Your printer manufacturer cannot void your equipment warranty or service contract for using compatible or re-manufactured cartridges.
Can I order by check or fax?
Yes you can. You can fax over your order information and payment information or mail in the information to Blue Nova Computing, P.O. Box 865, Floyd, VA 24091 and your order will be processed quickly.
Will using your printer cartridges void my printer's warranty?
No. Congress has passed laws making that illegal. Simple because if the manufacturer can force you to buy certain supplies the can overcharge you. It would be like buying a car and being told you can only put in a certain gas that costs $12.00 a gallon or they will void your warranty. It discourages competition and fairness for the consumer. Below is a copy of the law for you to see.
MAGNUSON-MOSS WARRANTY IMPROVEMENT ACT
United States Code Annotated
Title 15 Commerce and Trade
Chapter 50 Consumer Product Warranties
15 Section 2302
"(c) No warrantor of a consumer product may condition his written or implied warranty of such product on the consumer's using, in connection with such product, any article or service (other than article or service provided without charge under the terms of the warranty) which is identified by brand, trade or corporate name; except that the prohibition of this subsection be waived by the commission if:
1) The warrantor satisfies the Commission that the warranted product will function properly only if the article or service so identified is used in connection with the warranted product, and
2) the Commission finds that such a waiver is in the public interest."
This is your lifesaver for purchasing your inkjet cartridges at wholesale prices. Under no circumstances may any company or associate, salesperson or service technician deny you service or warranty work that would otherwise be covered under the warranty program.
How do I return or exchange product?
If you feel your cartridges are faulty please contact us and tell us you want to return some items and that you need a return authorization number to send your order back for a refund. You will then be given a return authorization number to write on the outside of your package. When we receive the package, we will credit you or send replacement cartridges.
If you want to return cartridges because you ordered the wrong ones for your printer we will exchange for the correct ones. We do not cover additional shipping charges for misorders. We do not offer refunds for cartridges misordered unless we do not carry the ones you need. In addition, for misorders we will apply a restocking fee of 15%.
