HP Claiming Kodak has Misleading Advertising Over Printing Costs.
Over the past months, Kodak has been advertising, with great success, that consumers can save dramatically on printing costs with Kodak printers verses HP.
This advertising campaign has been a big boost for Kodak sales. So much so, they have doubled their market share. (read more about this here >>)
The two companies have been noted to exchanged short words back and forth via Twitter earlier this month. In addition to this, HP and Kodak have been cutting prices for their printers this season offering buyers great deals on printers.
Many of the printers are discounted from 25% to 40% right now to draw last minute Christmas deals.

HP’s dispute over how much you’ll save in a given year with the Kodak printer using Kodak cartridges, which are priced much lower than HP’s, is really over how much a typical person prints in a year. What HP can’t dispute is that you will save money every time you print and lots of it on a percentage basis. Plus you’ll get excellent prints with exceptional image stability. HP can’t dispute that either.
